About the Role
Host Broadcast Services (HBS) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Division Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Project Management, Solutions & Technologies team, you will play a critical role in facilitating the overall organization of projects, processes, and tools.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal projects and processes, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among team members.
- Manage division administration, including staff database maintenance, invoice tracking, and payment processing.
- Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming new team members and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Plan and coordinate project reviews, people allocation, and forecasting to ensure accurate project plans.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT tools, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
- Fluency in English and French, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
