About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Environmental and Quality Coordinator to join our team at Arrow ECS SAS in Courbevoie, France.

As a Graduate Environmental and Quality Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of environmental and quality management systems, promoting sustainability initiatives, and contributing to the development of our company's environmental and quality policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support certification audits and track the implementation of action plans to maintain or extend ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications across EMEA.
  • Coordinate carbon footprint assessments per country and assist managers and teams in defining, prioritizing, and executing carbon reduction initiatives.
  • Maintain dashboards to track the effectiveness of environmental and quality initiatives.
  • Promote eco-responsible principles and practices and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and minimize emissions and waste.
  • Contribute to client tenders/RFIs responses and promote environmental and quality policies among staff through awareness activities and sessions.
  • Regularly prepare and publish reports on actions taken and upcoming projects.

Requirements

  • You must have a legal right to work in the country where the position is located.
  • You have obtained or will obtain a Master's degree in Quality & Environment related studies in 2024 or not more than 2 years ago.
  • You must be fluent in French and English (oral and written).
  • You must be flexible and have geographical mobility.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • Rigorous, autonomous, organized, with good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
