Join Arrow's Graduate Program for Environmental and Quality Professionals

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Environmental & Quality Coordinator to join our team in Courbevoie, France. As a member of our EMEA Graduate Program, you will have the opportunity to work with experienced mentors, improve your professional and soft skills, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support certification audits and track the implementation of action plans for ISO 9001, 14001, and 27001 across EMEA.
  • Coordinate carbon footprint assessments per country and assist managers and teams in defining, prioritizing, and executing carbon reduction initiatives.
  • Maintain dashboards to track the effectiveness of environmental and quality initiatives.
  • Promote eco-responsible principles and practices, collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and minimize emissions and waste.
  • Contribute to client tenders/RFIs responses, promote environmental and quality policies among staff, and regularly prepare and publish reports on actions taken and upcoming projects.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in Quality & Environment related studies, obtained or to be obtained within the next 2 years.
  • Business fluent French and English (oral & written).
  • Strong project management and coordination skills, rigorous, autonomous, organized, with good interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis.
