Job Title: Supplier Performance Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Performance Manager to join our team at Safran Nacelles. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the operational performance of our production suppliers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the governance of operational performance (logistics & quality) of suppliers, ensuring effective interface with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organize performance reviews with suppliers, gathering key performance indicators and internal inputs.
- Contribute to the construction and deployment of the supplier surveillance plan, including assessments and action plans.
- Drive improvement plans to restore operational performance at the supplier level.
- Ensure indicators consolidation and share monthly scorecards with suppliers.
- Drive supplier development initiatives with key suppliers.
- Manage annual supplier evaluation for next surveillance plan preparation.
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of operational experience in supply chain, purchasing, or industrial management.
- Experience or graduation in mechanics and/or manufacturing processes involved in nacelles components.
- Supply chain and industrial management general knowledge (MRP2, S&OP, and MPS, capacity management, scheduling, lean manufacturing, theory of constraints).
- Basics in quality management knowledge (8D, Ishikawa, 5 whys, PFMEA, capabilities, SPC).
- Microsoft tools, especially Excel (pivot tables, V-look up), Power-BI.
- SAP and AirSupply knowledge would be a plus.
- English language.
