Job Summary

The Supplier Performance Manager will be responsible for driving the operational performance of a panel of production suppliers of Safran Nacelles. This role will ensure the governance of the Operational Performance (Logistics & Quality) of its panel of suppliers, organize Performance Reviews, and contribute to the SPM Surveillance Plan construction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the governance of the Operational Performance (Logistics & Quality) of its panel of suppliers
  • Organize the Performance Reviews with its suppliers, gathering Key Performance Indicators and internal inputs
  • Contribute to the SPM Surveillance Plan construction and ensure its deployment through different suppliers assessments
  • Drive the different action plans resulting from the assessments or from improvement plans targeting to restore operational performances at the supplier
  • Ensure the indicators consolidation process between Safran Nacelles and its suppliers and share the resulting monthly scorecard with them
  • Drive Supplier Development initiatives with key suppliers when needed
  • Manage the annual supplier evaluation for next Surveillance Plan preparation

Requirements

  • More than 3 years operational experience within Supply Chain, Purchasing or Industrial
  • Experienced or Graduated in mechanics and/or manufacturing processes involved in Nacelles components
  • Supply Chain & Industrial Management general knowledge
  • Basics in Quality Management knowledge
  • Microsoft tools, specially Excel (pivot tables, V-look up), Power-BI
  • English language
