As a District Sales Manager, Mid-Market, you will be responsible for representing ADP and its local and international services and products to clients. You will work closely with the Sales Manager of Sales Mid-Market and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to target decision-makers and business owners
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales solutions and meet customer needs
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and drive sales performance
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of progressive sales experience in a mid-market or enterprise environment
  • Proven track record of sales success and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong understanding of business, financials, and human capital management (HCM) products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
