About the Role:
Job Purpose and Mission:
- Strategic governance of HRIS systems and tools to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Act as a key business partner for HR teams, providing expertise and support to drive business outcomes.
- Provide technical expertise and Level 2 support for HRIS tools, ensuring efficient issue resolution and minimizing downtime.
- Lead global HRIS projects, managing scope, timelines, and resources to deliver high-quality results.
- Coordinate effectively between multiple teams and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and open communication.
- Develop and maintain reporting and dashboard management, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Expected Skills and Experience:
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT consultant or HRIS business analyst, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Experience in HRIS tools like Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, and other similar systems.
Technical Skills:
- Project management expertise, with a focus on system implementation and integration.
- Strong IT acumen, with the ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Soft Skills:
- Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
