Job Position: HRIS AnalystThe HRIS Analyst will be responsible for the governance of HR systems and tools, including Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, and Cornerstone. This role will also involve being an HRIS business partner for one or several HR teams, providing support and guidance in HRIS-related topics, project management, and business analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Governance of HR systems and tools
- HRIS business partnership with HR teams
- Project management for HRIS-related projects
- Business analysis and expertise on HRIS systems
- Change management and training for HR teams and end-users
- Compliance assessment governance of HR systems and tools
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT consultant or HRIS business analyst
- Experience in HRIS: Performance, WFA, recruitment, compensation management tools
- Project management skills for system implementation and upgrades
- Expertise on HRIS systems
- IT acumen and ability to learn new systems and technologies
- Knowledge of HR processes and data management best practices
- Advanced Excel knowledge
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in French and English
