Industrial Production Manager for Large-Scale Aerospace Projects

This is an exciting opportunity to join Latitude as a Head of Production, leading our industrial production management efforts for large-scale aerospace projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing production and integration processes, implementing industrial strategies, and continuously improving production performance.
Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with development teams to optimize designs and reduce production and integration costs.
- Evaluate the feasibility of in-house manufacturing versus external purchasing through thorough Make or Buy analysis.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also:
- Develop internal skills for critical part manufacturing through training programs and knowledge transfer processes.
- Oversee in-house manufacturing to ensure quality and conformity of produced parts.
We are looking for someone with significant experience in industrial production management, ideally in the aerospace or manufacturing sectors. A strong understanding of project management, production management, and Lean Manufacturing methods is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels are also required.
