Job Description: Senior Urban Development Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Senior Urban Development Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing study human and financial aspects, analyzing risks, and coordinating design review to ensure compliance with budget targets and contractual relations.
This position requires strong technical skills, experience in public works, and excellent communication skills. You must have a solid understanding of urban development principles and practices.
Responsibilities- Manage study human and financial aspects to ensure successful project execution.
- Analyze study risks (technical, legal, budgetary, etc.) to identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate design review and distribute report to stakeholders.
- Prepare and follow-up study program to ensure timely completion.
- Establish execution bid review to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Monitor sub-contractors to ensure quality work and adherence to deadlines.
- Ensure budget compliance by monitoring expenses and making adjustments as needed.
- Manage business project's contractual relations to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Technical management of study to ensure successful project execution.
- Decide on retained hypotheses and calculation methods based on expert analysis.
- Set tasks, objectives, and deadlines for study team members.
- Approve design briefs and drawings to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Ensure technical information circulation and study-works coordination to maintain efficient communication among team members.
- Continuous improvement by identifying areas for process enhancement and implementing changes.
- Prepare Quality Assurance Plan to ensure consistent high-quality performance.
- Apply Quality-Environment system measures to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Identify and handle non-conformities to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
- Participate in business project feedback sessions to share knowledge and best practices.
- Support and develop team and employees to enhance their skills and performance.
- Implement management and HR development actions to improve team dynamics and performance.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 5-6 years' experience in technical project organization, team coordination, and monitoring of technical sub-contractors.
- Fully funded full-time CDI position based in Reims (51).
- Competitive salary range: €65,000 - €90,000 per year.
- Additional primes (13th month, vacation prime), employee shareholding, and CE benefits.
