Team Overview Our Human Resources division is dedicated to fostering an exceptional experience for both Candidates and Employees. This division consists of three enthusiastic teams: Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and University Relations. Role Objective As a member of the People Operations team, which comprises 10 individuals and reports to the People Director, you will assist in various HR initiatives, including onboarding, people analytics, learning, and operational functions. In this pivotal position, you will work closely with colleagues such as the Senior People Project Manager, People Experience Specialist, and Payroll Manager.

Onboarding Responsibilities:

Aid in the design, execution, and ongoing enhancement of the onboarding program for new employees to guarantee a seamless and positive integration experience.

HR Analytics Responsibilities:

HR Dashboard: Generate the monthly HR dashboard to deliver insights into essential HR metrics for our Employees and Stakeholders. Employee Engagement Surveys: Analyze survey outcomes and prepare presentations to assist People Managers in assessing employee sentiment and engagement levels. Performance Evaluations: Compile quarterly analyses of performance reviews. Diversity Metrics: Calculate the gender equality index for France and other diversity-related metrics. Economic & Social Reporting: Update the economic and social database and present findings to our Works Council regarding our HR objectives. Post-Compensation Review Analysis: Prepare key HR metrics for the Works Council. Learning Analytics: Gather and analyze learning data and integrate it into our Learning Management System.

Learning & Development Responsibilities:

Learning Platforms: Oversee and promote our learning platforms and manage quarterly campaigns. Management Training Coordination: Assist in organizing management training programs. Training Logistics: Manage training requests and coordinate the logistics of training sessions.

Operational Responsibilities:

Payroll Support: Assist the Payroll Manager with payroll-related activities.

Candidate Profile:

You are pursuing a degree from a business school or a comparable university, specializing in human resources. You have demonstrated exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written (in French and English), and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, particularly Excel and Google Sheets. You exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You are self-sufficient, adaptable, and possess a keen sense of priorities. You aspire to grow in an international, multicultural setting, within a company culture that prioritizes employee well-being. You are open to challenging the status quo for improvement.
