We are in search of a People Operations Partner to play a pivotal role in our HR functions, ensuring the efficiency of our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and refining HR Processes: manage onboarding, conduct 1:1 meetings, facilitate performance evaluations, and provide continuous support to staff;
  • Assessment and enhancement: routinely evaluate our HR workflows, pinpointing areas for improvement and ensuring alignment with industry best practices;
  • Conducting employee feedback and HR analysis: design and execute employee surveys to gather valuable insights about the workforce;
  • Organizing training and development initiatives: plan and supervise training sessions and professional development programs that align with our organizational goals;
  • Planning and executing team-building and social activities: coordinate events aimed at cultivating a strong sense of community.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 2 years in IT as a People Partner or HR Specialist, preferably within a product-oriented company;
  • Excellent negotiation and communication abilities, with a knack for utilizing feedback effectively and managing team communications;
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on setting priorities, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines;
  • Proven track record of implementing successful initiatives, ideas, and experiments to improve efficiency and outcomes.
