Missions

  • Soutenir les priorités business des boutiques avec des actions RH appropriées
  • Accompagner les boutiques dans leur développement et leur croissance
  • Assurer la gestion de la performance des collaborateurs
  • Contribuer à la définition et à la mise en œuvre de la stratégie RH pour la région
  • Participer à l'animation des relations sociales et à la gestion des conflits

Compétences requises

  • Expérience dans une fonction RH généraliste
  • Approche business et capacité à analyser les données
