Job Title: HR Business Partner, Southern Europe

About the Role:

Mimecast is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Southern Europe. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our French team, ensuring that our employees are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR guidance and support to management at all levels on people-centric issues.
  • Manage employee relations matters, ensuring proper resolution in line with company policy and local governance.
  • Collaborate with Regional HR Director to cascade global HR programs within regional client groups.
  • Assist leaders with organizational design, defining roles and responsibilities, and working with the HR Director and centers of excellence to define levels and career paths.
  • Drive culture and values programs throughout the company to ensure a motivated and engaged workforce.
  • Keep all HR data and benefits information up to date, ensuring integrity of employee data at all times.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and French, with working knowledge of French employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to collaborate and work in a matrix-organized team environment.
  • Advisory experience within a busy complex environment, with the ability to plan and conduct multiple projects at any one time.
  • Flexible approach, with strong organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to maintain trust and credible relationships, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
