The Opportunity:

As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll play a crucial role in offering innovative solutions to our customers, helping them sell used equipment, trucks, and other assets. Your trusted advisory approach will be key in driving sales success. Leveraging our data on demand, pricing, and market trends, you'll work closely with clients to determine the best strategy for liquidating their assets, whether through auction, Marketplace-E, or listing. Your expertise will continue to grow, enabling you to strengthen your position as a market expert. You'll build strong relationships with clients to secure future contracts and be accountable for:

  • Selling multi-channel solutions within your assigned territory
  • Identifying geographic areas and sectors with growth potential
  • Growing sales through new business development
  • Developing a strategy and plan for securing potential customers
  • Building, maintaining, and updating a sales playbook on a regular basis
  • Ensuring seamless execution of sales through coordination with our 'Win Team' to fully service accounts, including sales support, operations, administrative, valuations, and field marketing

Your Key Strengths:

We're looking for a professional with a proactive and autonomous approach, combined with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong professional relationships. You'll bring:

  • Knowledge of or experience with various construction-related equipment
  • Extensive experience in outside sales
  • Professional-level English and French language skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets
