Sales Manager (B2C) H/F

  • Work closely with the Client Relations Director to enhance sales of energy solutions to individual clients.
  • Oversee a team of Technical Sales Representatives and motivate maintenance technicians to engage in product sales.
  • Evaluate sales performance in the B2C sector and scrutinize relevant metrics.
  • Introduce innovative commercial and marketing initiatives, along with digital tools and processes to a network of branches.

Qualifications:

  • Higher education in a technical or commercial discipline, with substantial sales experience.
  • Experience in a technical field, preferably in construction or energy.
  • Self-sufficient, well-organized, with a robust commercial acumen.
  • Adept at project-based work, with proficiency in digital tools and Excel.
