Account Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Account Director to lead and elevate our relationships with enterprise-level clients. In this senior role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive account strategies that drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders at enterprise-level clients.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with client's business objectives and leverage our products or services to deliver measurable value and ROI.
- Conduct in-depth assessments to uncover client business goals, challenges, and needs, tailoring our solutions to address these effectively.
- Spearhead the renewal process for enterprise contracts, while proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Gather and interpret feedback from enterprise clients to assess satisfaction levels, identify improvement areas, and inform our strategic approach.
- Partner closely with sales, product development, and support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to meeting client needs and driving account success.
- Maintain a keen awareness of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
- 7/10+ years of experience in senior account management or account director roles within ad tech environments.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Demonstrated success in managing a portfolio of high-value accounts and supporting complex, technical products.
- Exceptional ability to establish credibility and communicate effectively with C-level executives and other senior stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize, make high-stakes decisions, and drive closure on recommendations and issues.
- Proven capability to influence continuous improvement initiatives and drive change both internally and externally.
