Account Director

Thunes is seeking an experienced Account Director to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our Account Management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing large clients, including banks, MTOs, PSPs, wallets, and fintechs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share
  • Provide exceptional customer experience and ensure satisfaction amongst existing accounts
  • Act as a trusted partner to ensure account retention, contractual health, and maximum satisfaction of clients
  • Manage multiple stakeholders, including compliance, legal, solutions delivery, treasury, and finance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate account growth and ensure operational efficiency
Requirements:
  • Extensive hands-on experience working with financial institutions and enterprise clients in the UK and Europe
  • Proven expertise in CSM (customer success management) with a metric-driven approach
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and at least one European language
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving revenue growth and increasing market share
