Dans le cadre de sa Transformation, le groupe MGEN recherche un PMO F/H pour le programme prévoyance collective et individuel au sein de MGEN.
Au sein de la direction transformation/pilotage, vous contribuerez au pilotage du portefeuille des projets de MGEN.
En rejoignant cette super équipe, vous participerez à la déclinaison opérationnelle du plan stratégique de l'entreprise au travers des projets, et contribuerez ainsi au pilotage de la transformation d'un acteur français majeur du domaine de la santé.
Missions confiées
Les missions sont:
Assurer l'assistance au pilotage et le soutien au management des projets, programmes et portefeuilles de MGEN.
Coordonner le travail de diverses parties prenantes et facilite la communication.
Réaliser les livrables lié au pilotage
Organiser et préparer des instances de pilotage
Suivre le planning général, les charges et capacité à faire
Suivre les actions, décisions et risques associés aux chantiers et projets.
Formaliser et mettre à jour les indicateurs de transformation MGEN
Être l'interlocuteur au quotidien de l'équipe de pilotage
Dans un premier temps, vous assurerez l'assistance au pilotage des travaux validés et engagés sur le programme prévoyance, programme majeur et prioritaire pour MGEN.
Profil recherché
Issu(e) d'une formation supérieure, vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 5 ans sur des missions similaires. La priorité sera donnée sur la connaissance de la gestion de projets et l'aisance à l'assistance au pilotage de programmes/projets de grande envergure et transverses à l'ensemble de l'entreprise.
Le groupe MGEN étant en phase d'implémentation de la démarche Agile (SAFe), toute connaissance théorique et expérience de ces pratiques Agiles seront un plus.
Autonome, organisé et force de propositions, vos capacités d'adaptation dans des environnements complexes et sur des projets métier et SI à forte valeur ajoutée, votre capacité à communiquer, fédérer et à embarquer des équipes en fonctionnement transverse ainsi que votre sens du résultat sont les atouts indispensables pour mener à bien les missions confiées.
