Job Overview:

A challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced Aeronautical Electronics Engineer to join our team at Airbus Helicopters in Marignane, France. As a key member of our Computers & Electronics department, you will be responsible for managing the selection and development of onboard computers and displays, as well as associated technologies.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Establish requirement specifications for equipment based on system architects' and function design responsible's needs
  • Assess technical proposals from suppliers
  • Manage suppliers throughout development
  • Lead main design and qualification reviews
  • Manage interface between suppliers and Airbus Helicopters specialists
  • Provide justifications for certification
  • Provide technical support for helicopter integration, ground and flight tests, and Final Assembly Line
Your Profile:

We are seeking candidates with a strong background in Aerospace and/or Electronic Engineering, experience with design of onboard computers and digital electronics, and Electronic certification (DO254). Excellent organizational skills, autonomous working style, and good relationship/communication skills are essential. Negotiation level in English is required.
