Job Title: Aeronautical Electronics Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Aeronautical Electronics Engineer to join our team at Airbus Helicopters in Marignane, France.

Job Description:

As an Aeronautical Electronics Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing onboard computers and displays for our helicopters. You will work closely with our system architects and function design team to establish requirement specifications for the equipment. Your tasks will include assessing technical proposals from suppliers, managing the development process, leading design and qualification reviews, and providing technical support for helicopter integration and testing.

You will be part of our Computers & Electronics department, working on highly integrated computers and displays technologies that meet stringent environmental conditions. Your expertise in aerospace and electronic engineering, combined with your experience in design and development of onboard computers and digital electronics, will be essential in this role.

Requirements:
  • University degree in Aerospace and/or Electronic Engineering
  • Experience with design of onboard computers and digital electronics, and Electronic certification (DO254)
  • Broad practical experience of engineering
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Autonomous way of working
  • Good relationship/communication skills
  • Negotiation level in English

This position requires a security clearance or will require being eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
