At Bruker, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global HR Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of our HR strategy and initiatives to accelerate our business strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support business objectives
- Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers
- Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives, including talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve HR processes
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on strategic HR and business partnership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform HR decisions
