Project Management Officer

Join Ortec Engineering, a leading engineering and construction company with a presence in 25 countries, as a Project Management Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects across various sectors, including energy, mining, chemicals, defense, transportation, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and lead weekly operational meetings and action plan updates
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Pilot reporting and performance management dashboards
- Manage and animate collaborative workspaces (e.g., Sharepoint)
- Contribute to project structuring and planning
- Identify and mitigate project risks and opportunities
- Ensure compliance with project management processes
- Monitor project progress, identify critical activities, and alert stakeholders
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Lead workgroups and prepare decision-making summaries

Requirements:
- Degree in engineering or equivalent
- Experience in project management, preferably in the EPCC sector
- Proficiency in project planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Paladin)
- Strong communication and language skills (French and English)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
