Job Title: Salesforce Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Sales Executive to join our team. As a trusted advisor to the CEO of France, you will be responsible for driving key projects end-to-end and supporting the CEO on their day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business priorities to drive profitable growth at scale
  • Build and implement long-term GTM strategies
  • Set best-in-class operational processes, systems, and tools
  • Own cross-functional transformational projects end-to-end
  • Drive change management processes to transform and scale the business in a standard way across countries, segments, and clouds

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in a business operations role within a high-growth SaaS company operating at scale or equivalent experience within a management consulting firm
  • 3+ years of people management experience in a high-growth, continuously changing environment
  • Thoughtful leadership, track record of advising leadership and influencing stakeholders
  • Proven experience of rolling out GTM models along several planning cycles
  • Strong project management track record, having successfully led cross-functional strategic initiatives end-to-end
  • Inspirational people leader, with a passion for attracting and developing top talent
