Salesforce Strategy and Operations Leader

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Sales Executive to join our team. As a trusted advisor to the CEO of France, you will be responsible for driving key projects end-to-end and supporting the CEO on their day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business priorities to drive profitable growth at scale
- Build and implement long-term GTM strategies
- Set best-in-class operational processes, systems, and tools
- Own cross-functional transformational projects end-to-end
- Drive change management processes to transform and scale the business in a standard way across countries, segments, and clouds
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in a business operations role within a high-growth SaaS company operating at scale or equivalent experience within a management consulting firm
- 3+ years of people management experience in a high-growth, continuously changing environment
- Thoughtful leadership, track record of advising leadership and influencing stakeholders
- Proven experience of rolling out GTM models along several planning cycles
- Strong project management track record, having successfully led cross-functional strategic initiatives end-to-end
- Inspirational people leader, with a passion for attracting and developing top talent
