CSRD Program Manager Officer - International Dimension

To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for the program management office under the authority of the Group CSRD Program manager. As an experienced program management professional, you will promote project process excellence through design, optimization, and validation. Your role involves actively supporting the application of complex project management methodologies and the production of ad hoc documentation while assisting key program stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide real support in the application of complex project management methodologies.
  • Produce and maintain necessary documentation to support key program stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are executed according to plan and meet quality standards.
  • Monitor program progress and ensure alignment with program objectives.
  • Diagnose organizational and project process issues to identify pain points and bottlenecks, and propose solutions for arbitration.
  • Measure project performance, including user adoption levels, and develop corrective plans when necessary.
  • Define performance metrics and KPIs for the program.
  • Monitor and measure program performance against these metrics.
  • Ensure the program delivers expected outcomes and benefits within defined limits and constraints.
  • Provide support and methodology to project managers (HQ and countries) in executing their roadmaps.
  • Assess and report all risks associated with the project process as needed.
  • Monitor and control risks throughout the program lifecycle in collaboration with various stakeholders.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of the program's progress and status.
  • Collect feedback from countries to improve processes or upgrade the program as needed.
  • Report regularly to senior management and other stakeholders by setting up update supports.
  • Ensure all program documentation is up-to-date and accessible.

About the Mission:

This temporary position (minimum of 18 months) is open to internal talents willing to experiment the group in an international dimension and willing to develop and grow their understanding of the group. Once the assignment completed, the internal talent will return to his current responsibilities in their entity of origin.

Requirements:

  • Project management abilities are essential.
  • Appetite for data, process, and communication.
  • Rigour, ability to structure, organization.
  • Pedagogy/ Leadership.
  • Agile in complex environment / Cross-functional coordination.
  • Multidisciplinary.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS project or others).
  • Currently fluent in English.
