Are you a talented professional passionate about creating extraordinary experiences? We're looking for a skilled Front Office Manager to join our team at Mercure Oxford Hawkwell House Hotel.
Job Summary:The Front Office Manager will be responsible for leading the Front of House department and ensuring operational excellence for all areas of the hotel. This includes managing the front office team, driving the ALL Accor Loyalty programme, and exceeding departmental targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate the front office team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet audit targets
- Drive the ALL Accor Loyalty programme and ensure programme benefits are applied to loyal guests
- Manage duty shifts and ensure seamless operations
- Exceed departmental targets and identify new opportunities for profit growth and cost control
- Actively participate in revenue and sales activities operated by head office
- Recruit and train new staff to ensure a high-performing team
- Deal with guest enquiries and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Experience in a similar role or supervisor role with 2-3 years experience
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and training skills
- Good communication and customer contact skills
- Results-oriented with an eye for detail
- Ability to multi-task and work well in stressful and high-pressure situations
- Team player and builder
- Motivator and self-starter
