These clients navigate a sophisticated network of suppliers, contractors (including 'Fleeters' and/or fleet consultants), and partners, each with unique characteristics across different nations.
The core objective of our department is to oversee and enhance the International Key Accounts products, applications, reporting, and to foster customer loyalty.
Our clients include major multinational corporations across various industries seeking to standardize and optimize their procurement of company vehicles, mobility solutions, and fleet management services on a broad international scale.
Digital ApplicationsAdminister user accounts (creation, updates) in compliance with GDPR regulations.
Serve as a proxy product owner by participating in sprint meetings and user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate new features and data, including mock-ups.
Develop training videos, user manuals, and other instructional materials.
Data Management
Ensure the integrity of data within the framework of various projects or specific short-term initiatives.
You will have the chance to engage with a variety of applications: digital platforms for international clients, PowerBI, CRM systems, Matomo, SharePoint, and more.
Key Skills RequiredA strong enthusiasm for the digital landscape.
Analytical capabilities and adaptability with data.
Data-driven mindset, with initial experience in project management.
Proficient knowledge of PowerBI, Salesforce CRM, and other Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
Ability to work in a diverse international environment.
Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
