Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our EMEA team and drive business growth in the Personal Protection and Defense segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the EMEA regional sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with regional marketing and technology leadership to ensure sales resources are effectively prioritized and aligned with segment objectives
  • Execute key actions to achieve regional sales targets, track the opportunities pipeline, and ensure distribution/supply and rebate contracts compliance
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in science or business
  • Extensive experience in sales, with a strong knowledge of opportunity pipeline management and CRM (Salesforce) proficiency
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to interact at multiple levels within the customer's organization
  • Ability to travel 40% across EMEA, with the potential for some limited international travel
