About the Role

Akila is seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales professional to join our team in the EMEA region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at multinational company clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and proposing suitable solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify and pursue opportunities to maximize revenue from existing accounts, working closely with internal teams to ensure client needs and Akila targets are met effectively.
  • Account Management: Monitor account performance, conduct regular account reviews, and identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new customers that mirror the successful replication model of our current key account clients.
Requirements
  • Experience: More than 10 years of experience in complex sales environments, preferably in software sales.
  • Skills: Highly driven, self-sufficient, well-organized, with a proven sales record; good interpersonal skills, strong presentation and communication skills; clear understanding of MEDDIC methodology; sharp sales skills with an engineer background or building industry knowledge.
  • Language: Fluent French and English skills.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel.
