Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
  • Assist in feasibility studies and procurement reports.
  • Manage procurement activities, including bid analysis and contract documentation.
  • Participate in post-contract cost variances and change control processes.
  • Lead cost management teams and ensure timely and accurate cost checking and valuation processes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in cost estimation and management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction, industrial, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Fluency in English and French.
