About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Catering Manager to join our team at Groupe Restoleil. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales and profitability.
Your Experience
- At least 5 years' experience in high-volume establishments, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving business growth.
- Successful experience as an assistant or manager in commercial catering, with a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Your Skills
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to deliver exceptional results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and quality.
Your Qualifications
