We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Managing Director R&D to lead our R&D and seed production group in France.
As a key member of our international team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of new products and technologies, as well as managing the commercialization of our existing products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting our French breeding teams, laboratory teams, crop maintenance teams, and commercial seed production team.
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborating with international breeding managers and breeding stations to coordinate breeding efforts.
- Ensuring effective communication between breeding and commercial teams.
- Managing and facilitating the R&D teams in our stations in France.
- Fostering a company culture that promotes innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
Requirements:
- At least 10 years of relevant management experience.
- Fluency in French and English.
