About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to join our team as Managing Director - Finance, IT & HR. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial, administrative, and legal aspects of our organization, as well as HR and IT functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with other Managing Directors to develop and implement company-wide initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Develop and manage budgets and financial plans
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluency in French and English
