Job Description

Rijk Zwaan is seeking a seasoned leader to fill the role of Managing Director - Finance, IT & HR. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial, administrative, and legal aspects of our organization, as well as HR and IT functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with other Managing Directors to align business strategies and goals
  • Monitor and control financial, administrative, and legal issues
  • Oversee HR and IT functions to ensure effective talent management and technology infrastructure
Requirements
  • Academic degree in Business Economics and Management Studies
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Proven leadership and management experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
