This role offers flexibility in location across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategically shape the necessary technology infrastructure in collaboration with global partners and external service providers.
  2. Oversee team outputs (adhering to quality, timelines, and budget constraints) by ensuring seamless omnichannel promotional initiatives through timely execution.
  3. Proactively advocate for, drive, and facilitate the rollout of omnichannel campaigns on a global scale across the complete product range by encouraging cross-departmental collaboration among various teams, including marketing, communications, brand management, IT, and local sales units.
  4. Recognize country-specific needs and lead the process to address these requirements while aligning them with the global framework whenever feasible.
  5. Monitor the success of promotional initiatives—utilizing existing CRM systems—by establishing and tracking specific KPIs and making informed, data-driven decisions to enhance overall effectiveness.
  6. Mentor, develop, and lead the "Omnichannel Operations" team.

Candidate Profile

  1. A degree in business administration, marketing, e-commerce, supply chain management, or a related field.
  2. Over 8 years of experience in marketing and/or sales, ideally within the healthcare or medtech sectors.
  3. More than 3 years of leadership experience in a global project context.
  4. Proven success in team management.
  5. In-depth understanding of sales processes and a successful track record in omnichannel campaign design and execution.
  6. Demonstrated (agile) project management capabilities.
  7. Strong IT knowledge and expertise (cloud, mobile/web, digital health).
  8. Familiarity with CRM and Content Management Systems.
  9. Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI).
  10. A customer-focused and quality-driven approach to work.
  11. Excellent communication skills across various functions and levels.
  12. Proficient in spoken and written English; additional languages (particularly Italian, Spanish, French, German) are advantageous.
