As a key member of our HR team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and success through effective HR operations. Our team is passionate about making a difference, and we're looking for someone who shares our vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Manage the HRIS (Lucca) and ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on HR metrics and trends

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • ~7+ years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years working on an international scope
  • ~ Fluent in French & English
