**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Atlas Copco. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue in the mobility solutions market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mobility solutions market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Provide sales support and training to internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue
  • Manage and control expenses while maximizing sales efforts
  • Participate in trade shows, technical forums, and conferences to represent Atlas Copco
  • Maintain a professional image and enhance brand image through personal actions and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in sales/marketing in industrial sales/business development, customized and engineered machinery related environment within mobility
  • Team spirit and good communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple key customers and projects in a long-cycle sales process
  • Good understanding of mobility applications in the market segments
  • Fluency in French and English, with additional European languages a plus
