Head of Equity Derivatives Sales Continental Europe

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our Equity Derivatives Sales team in Continental Europe. As Head of Equity Derivatives Sales, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Equity Derivatives Sales team in Continental Europe, ensuring delivery of business objectives and growth of equity revenues.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth, identify new sales opportunities, and build strong relationships with institutional clients.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product partners, regional and global teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Manage and maintain a deep understanding of the equity product, including its different formats, and stay up-to-date with market trends and developments.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including industry standards and certifications, such as the NFA Swaps Proficiency exam.
- University degree or advanced qualifications and equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in an Institutional Sales role, with a strong understanding of the equity product and its different formats.
- Strong understanding of Markets and Securities Services business and ability to work in a matrix organization.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
- Certain industry licenses, such as the NFA Swaps Proficiency exam, will be required.
