Your MissionAs a member of our Global HR Development Team, you will work in a fast-growing, multicultural environment. Your tasks will include:
- Project management: supporting the roll-out of our ambitious 2024 roadmap and monitoring ad-hoc projects
- Participating in the implementation of a digital learning platform (LMS) in all our countries
- Creating and deploying learning content (video, learning, guidelines) and developing around various topics
- Cross-functional actions: organizing and coordinating HR meetings with our global community; formalizing presentations to key Group bodies (Top Management, Executive Committee)
- Learning Management System administration
- Supporting Talent and training programs within the Group
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bac +5, Business School, or master's degree in HR equivalent, or master's degree in Digital Learning
- Experience in a Learning and Development department is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a motivated team player
- Ability to interact with all levels of hierarchy in an international environment
- Mastering of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Rigorous, organized, and attention to details
- Fluency in English and French (Spanish or Portuguese are a plus)
