Director of Operations
We are seeking a driven and experienced Director of Operations to oversee the daily activities of our diverse restaurant network. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, maintaining high standards, and fostering a positive work environment across all locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence: Directly manage day-to-day operations at multiple restaurant sites, ensuring adherence to established procedures and protocols.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of managers and staff across all locations. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Implement strategies to optimize results and drive growth.
