Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned R&D Director to lead our scientific team in developing cutting-edge dairy products. As a key member of our executive management team, you will be responsible for guiding our research and development efforts, ensuring alignment with our company vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of scientists in the development of innovative dairy products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and ensure timely delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance, productivity, and innovation
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and industry experts
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, scientific literature, and emerging technologies to inform our product development and innovation pipeline
Requirements
  • PhD or Master's degree in a relevant field (biochemistry, microbiology, biotechnology, etc.)
  • At least 10 years of experience in leading research projects and managing scientific teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in managing and generating a strong IP portfolio
  • Strong understanding of dairy technology, fermentation, and bioprocessing
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities
