Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and coordinate with the Front Office Department to ensure a seamless check-in experience.
  • Accompany guests to their rooms and provide exceptional service throughout their stay.
  • Identify guest satisfaction levels, address complaints, and provide solutions.
  • Translate guest feedback into English and share it with department managers.
  • Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure smooth communication and information flow.
  • Provide guidance on hotel services, amenities, and activities.
  • Support hotel sales and authorized to sell charged services.
  • Assist guests with health-related issues and coordinate with medical services if necessary.
  • Participate in training programs and departmental meetings.
  • Contribute to quality management and food safety initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of hotel operations, service standards, and guest expectations.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English is essential.
