We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Care Officer to join our Professional Services & Customer Care team in Lyon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Analyze and resolve functional issues by collaborating with customers and internal teams.
- Monitor and meet customer satisfaction targets.
- Provide support via phone, email, and potentially online chat.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge databases and troubleshooting guides.
- Stay up-to-date with CRM tool knowledge and internal procedures.
- Manage and draft standard texts and instruction documents.
- Update customer records and report on trends as necessary.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Fluency in French and proficiency in English.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Stress resistance and a willingness to learn.
- Team player with knowledge in the IT domain.
- A first experience in a similar position in the software/CRM industry is a plus.
