Financial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our Amazon Logistics Operations Finance team in Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing finance-related activities, implementing standardized controllership, reporting, and planning processes for the fixed cost of Delivery Stations across all EU countries.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be responsible for identifying basic control risks, evaluating impact, proposing changes, and implementing improvements to remediate gaps. Additionally, you will deliver weekly/monthly financial close, use financial systems and advanced MSExcel functions to work with large data sets, and output plans, forecasts, budgets, and consolidations.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and implement solutions to resolve, improve, automate, standardize, or simplify finance processes.
- Make thoughtful time management decisions independently, prioritize work, resolve issues, meet deadlines, and seek feedback from your manager.
- Drive own self-development in the Finance Community, seek opportunities to expand finance expertise, participate in events, initiatives, and projects, and share gained knowledge in and outside of your team.
- Contribute to work life harmony by being a positive, collaborative, and effective influencer to new team members as an indicator of operations excellence.
