Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Lead and motivate a team of production employees to achieve high levels of productivity and quality.
- Operational Discipline: Ensure that all production operations are carried out in accordance with company procedures and regulations.
- Quality and Safety: Implement and maintain a culture of quality and safety within the production team, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards.
- Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate the performance of production employees, providing coaching and training to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Compliance: Ensure that all production activities are carried out in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Production, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Significant experience in industrial production, preferably in a leadership or management role.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other production management software.
