**Job Description:**
As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the department's employees by informing, orienting, guiding, coaching, and training them. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring operational discipline
- Order, cleanliness, quality, and quantity for your department
- Planning and organizing production operations
- Quality of products delivered
- Your department's results
- Manage and motivate department staff
- Organize regular work meetings
- Assess and review employee performance
- Train employees in procedures and work instructions
**Responsibilities:**
You will be responsible for:
- Disseminating and applying the HSE policy and its objectives
- Refusing work that is unsafe or cannot be carried out safely
- Removing unauthorized persons from the site
- Stopping work that poses a danger to people, the environment, or the surroundings
- Contributing to achieving the highest level of Safety, Security, Environment, and Quality for Nippon Gases, its customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bac +3 in Production, Management, or equivalent proven experience
- Significant experience in industrial production
- Multidisciplinary technical knowledge
- Knowledge of the operation of the plants and machines you will be working with on a daily basis
- Internal auditor ISO 9001, 14001, and company standards
- Fluent French with good written and spoken English
- Ability to work with Office pack, JDE, TenForce
- Clean criminal record
- Safety training
