Vous rejoignez l'équipe Achats D&IS France, responsable de la gestion des achats pour les produits de la gamme de Alstom. En tant que Responsable Achats de Produits, vous êtes chargé de veiller à ce que les produits soient correctement sourcés, contractualisés, sécurisés et compétitifs.
Responsabilités- Fournir des orientations à l'équipe produit pour identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des coûts.
- Animer l'équipe Produit & l'équipe Commodity Procurement pour identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des coûts.
- Contribuer aux décisions Make or Buy en déployant les différentes Stratégies de Sourcing Commodities.
- Obtenir des données claires de l'équipe produit pour formaliser le package RFQ (Request for Quotation).
- Gérer la sélection des fournisseurs par le biais du processus de Business Award.
- S'assurer que les pièces approvisionnées sont développées/livrées à temps tout en respectant la qualité et le coût.
- Diriger en permanence les plans d'amélioration pour challenger les fournisseurs, soutenir les équipes produits/programmes et l'approvisionnement technique pour des économies supplémentaires.
- S'assurer de l'application de la stratégie globale achats (panel, objectifs BCC, doubles sources, etc.).
- Identifier et négocier les contrats fournisseurs pour les besoins spécifiques des Lignes de Produits.
- Être garant de la maîtrise des évolutions du coût du matériel du Catalogue pour votre produit dans une perspective de 3 ans.
- Coordonner les réclamations auprès des fournisseurs pour vos produits.
- Niveau diplôme (ou niveau de qualification formelle similaire) en ingénierie et/ou en commerce.
- Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience en Achats au sein d'une organisation industrielle (électronique) avec des projets complexes.
- Vous êtes capable d'interagir au sein d'un environnement complexe et d'agir en leader pour animer/challenger efficacement les clients internes et l'équipe achats.
- Compétences en management fonctionnel, négociation, analytique et communication.
- Orientations client et résultats importantes.
- Anglais obligatoire – certains déplacements peuvent être nécessaires.
