We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Data and Analytics to join our team at Sweep, a leading sustainability data management platform. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in shaping our data strategy and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Strategy and Governance: Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with our business objectives, ensuring data quality, integrity, and compliance.
  • Data Management and Analytics: Design, build, and maintain data pipelines to support machine learning projects, data governance, and analytics needs across the organization.
  • Team Leadership: Build, lead, and manage a team of data professionals, including analysts, scientists, and engineers, to drive data-driven decision-making and foster a data culture.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support their data needs, drive data quality improvement initiatives, and stay current with industry trends and advancements in data technologies.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in data management and analytics roles.
  • Strong technical background in data architecture, advanced modeling techniques, and proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies (e.g., Python, R, Maths).
