Votre rôle

En tant que Lead Product Designer, vous êtes responsable du Design d'Altavia Cloud, de l'expérience utilisateur (UX), à l'identité visuelle (UI) et vous incarnez sa vision et sa retranscription au sein du produit au sein de l'équipe Product & Tech ainsi que dans le reste de l'organisation Altavia en lien avec nos objectifs business.

Missions
  • Product Design Leadership : Fournir une direction alignée avec la vision, les objectifs business et les besoins utilisateurs pour guider l'équipe dans la création d'expériences cohérentes et engageantes
  • Contribuer activement à la construction et la priorisation de la roadmap en coordination avec les Product Manager et le CPO.
  • Concevoir des expériences : vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe Produit & Tech pour optimiser et enrichir l'expérience de nos utilisateurs externes et internes.
  • Implémenter les pratiques Design : Vous jouez avec votre équipe un rôle prépondérant pour optimiser puis passer à l'échelle les pratiques designs.
  • Manager et construire une équipe : Vous dirigez et encadrez une équipe de Product Designers, en favorisant leur développement professionnel et personnel.
  • Réaliser de la User research : vous recueillez des informations pour améliorer votre compréhension d'un domaine et/ou d'une problématique pour orienter les décisions de conception.
Ce qu'il vous faut pour mener à bien la mission
  • 7 ans+ d'expérience sur des plateformes B2B idéalement sur une Marketplace et une 1ère expérience en tant que Lead d'une équipe Design
  • Maîtrise parfaite de Figma pour contribuer et guider l'équipe dans la création de designs impactants et adaptés aux besoins utilisateurs
  • Excellentes qualités relationnelles et en communication, à l'oral comme à l'écrit, en français et en anglais
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec différents services de l'entreprise, dans des environnements complexes, impliquant de nombreux acteurs
  • Proactif, rigoureux et sens de l'organisation pour mener à bien les différents projets
  • Enthousiaste et ambitieux/se avec l'envie de participer à un projet naissant, à fort impact
L'environnement

Les locaux de Saint Ouen, c'est une déco et une architecture au top à deux pas des puces, aménagés pour nous croiser souvent
